TVA-WILD --- TV aided wake induced lucid dream

This is a technique that I've been using the last few days as a variation of WILD that has worked every time. At first I thought it was just coincidence but its pretty reliable (for me ) .
Basically, you have to be quite tired.. ( I'd suggest you do this on days you can sleep in) After you feel tired.. turn on the tv to an interesting program and watch it for as long as possible until your eyes start closing automatically; where you have to keep forcing them back open.. at this point let it carry on for a while until you simply can't do it anymore. Afterwards turn the tv off and close your eyes(this method works well on couches or beds near tvs) You should be at exactly the right level of tiredness in order to use a method to keep your mind awake while your body easily falls asleep. ( personally i imagine playing guitar in my head)
I normally have trouble sleeping where im up for hours trying to WILD because all the relaxation methods i use to keep my mind awake keep me too awake therefore i would suggest this for people who cant sleep easily.
Another recommendation would be to watch a program about lucid dreaming for this method because your mind will be racing through topics of LDS , increasing the chances of becoming lucid in the dream.
This is basically a way to overstep the all the relaxation (which in my opinion is the most annoying and frustrating part as usually your mind is so busy thinking about LDing it cant fall asleep. With this method you will be able to catch yourself right before you fall asleep therefore inducing WILDS much more easily..
it can also be combined with the WBTB method but i find it works at the beggining of the night too.

-Lastly i wouldnt call this an induction technique at all ; just something that will help with being at the right level of tiredness

Does the TV just help you become extremely tired? I should try this with a text book

Well I find anything that gets my eyes automatically closing helps me get at exactly the right level in order to fall asleep but to still be able to just hang on to that strain of conciousness I need. Yes i guess a text book would work well, just recommended Tv because all the information from the program/movie tends to rush through your head while falling asleep .
