I have been experimenting with MILD during WBTB and want to know your opinion on that and of the WILD technique(with WBTB).
I just know that WILDing after WBTB never works for me. I'm always way too tired and fall asleep straight away. And I can't afford drinking coffee or something because normally I need to be up early the next day. Its 5:00 Saturday morning right now though so I think I'll give it a shot. :D If that doesn't work then I'll just try the standard MILD or DILD.
I've never been good at MILDs but for me WILDs are easier because once I wake up and am just going back to sleep I can easily assure myself that I'm still awake when I slip into a dream which helps. Looking forward to see other opinions on this though!
