WBTB Question
So I did the method explained here this morning. I went to bed around 1, and set an alarm for 8 and did all of the things in the tut and it ended up going around like an hour and 15 mins or something like that. My question is, did I get too much sleep? Should I be lacking sleep time when going into this? For example get 5 hours rather than 8 before my try.
EDIT: I ask this because when I went back to bed I had trouble getting back to sleep and dreaming. I had these little scenarios played out in my head and I feel they could have been dreams if they would have went on but I think I was too awake to actually fall into that dream.
