Encouraging your subconscious to let you lucid dream
For those who have trouble staying lucid in a lucid dream and struggle in everyday life looking to lucid dreaming for the solution, I created my own little prayers. I am a skeptic Catholic, and I believe that these prayers have nothing to do with God but my own subconscious. That is who I am speaking with. I'm using the prayers to speak to my subconscious in that relaxed state, so I can have hope that what I want can be accomplished. You can do the same and if you believe in God and pray then start praying to God to hope for lucid dreams. Either way, your belief in something stronger than yourself leading the way can encourage lucid dreams.
I want to combine lucid dreams with medical hypnosis and hope for my own human evolution. I want to make my skin tanner by creating a lucid dream environment where I'm tanning on a really hot beach, and wake up to a difference in my skin somewhere on my body. Just one of the many things I want to do, and encourage a more positive mind than the negative mind I have now.

Preparation for the Morning Meditation
Here I am
Staring at my bed
As I stare at my bed
Thoughts circle my mind
But one thing matters right now
Nothing else
What happens out here
Doesn't matter right now
Time does not matter
As I am ready to evolve
To see truth
My battles aren't out here
They are in my mind
My body is a representation of me
I can change it
I can improve it
Or I can hurt it
I can talk to other people
Or I can avoid them
I want to talk to them
But something stops me
It is myself
My battles
That stop me from talking to other people
That stop me from making a move
That stop me from being who I am
Or who I could be
But I can stop the battles
I can change
I can improve
I can be who I want to be
With your help
I'm not only staring at my bed
Waiting for the day to begin
But I am waiting for you
Waiting for you to open up to me
To provide the answers
The truth
That can set me free from my battles
Only you
My subconscious
Can nuke it all for me
Nuke time
