Hmmmm..... This sure seems interesting. Now that I have completely broken out of dry spell, I will try this as soon as possible. I doubt it will have any results, though, since I am still a noob in deep dreaming. |

'The petals dance through the wind,
The crimson blood shimmers on the snow,
The shattered heart weeps of hidden sorrow.
And over a pure white sky,
rises a black moon.'
- Max
Maybe you misunderstand. You do this meditation while you are awake. I was taught it in a dream, which was the first time I did it, but it's intended to be a waking meditation with the eyes closed. |

Ah, sorry. I thought it was supposed to be done in an LD. But I will try it nevertheless. |

I did try this in a nonchalant way of visualisation for the first night when you posted this when I read it but can't say I noticed much anything different. |

Three dream states? Whats the difference between astral and dream plane? |

"Reject common sense to make the impossible possible." -Kamina
I think you misunderstand the original purpose of this meditation. This is not originally for dreaming, but to balance the power between your three main states of being in order to improve your waking life using your dream energy. |

Can you use this for inducing a lucid dream? |

haha me too, trouble is i havent got round to using it properly yet. or at least remembering doing it. its like a little padded balcony that overlooks a river and you have to crawl through this tiny loft hatch to get to it. i think it came from playing things like hide and seek as a kid and i used to have dreams that it was a real place as a kid. luckily i now know it is and have revisited it quite a few times. i never get to meditate though because the views so good that i end up flying over it |
