Anything that could possibly happen will happen and has happened. We are currently living in one reality. Everything we dream is another reality. Every psychedelic trip is another reality. Since it's possible for anything to happen, it is possible to influence everything around us. This is extremely difficult to do, however. In order to do it, you have to truly believe that you can with every fiber of your being and with no doubt whatsoever. Usually this only happens in rare occasions when something terrible is about to happen, and you had already suspected it to be true, so when that happens you focus as hard as you can and you believe it and you can actually influence reality. If you believe it more and more, however, you can do it more and more. This is also true in the dream world. Like lucid dreaming. I'm a natural lucid dreamer, and have been doing it frequently my whole life. I've never tried to hone my abilities to control my dreams until recently, and i've been making a lot of progress.
I have also seemingly done it quite a few times in "real life." When I was younger, I think 9 or 10, I started to get this idea that I could controle reality. When I thought something might possibly not go my way, I would just focus as hard as I could on believing that it was going to go my way. It always went my way. Recently i've been getting more into spirituality and new age philosophy and stuff, and the other night I was really high and thought I could do it again. I tried it a couple times and it worked again, albeit on a couple simple things which I was able to believe would really happen 100%.
Anyways, all of that, along with the greater truth about everything. Which is that we are all one. You are everything, everything is you. In order to gain massive control over reality, which is incredibly rare and almost never done, you must also truly understand this concept. Me for instance. I feel like I kinda understand it, and I have this ability to understand people and the way they think and their logic and the way they feel that is unbelievable. And I never used to have that ability to that extent, either. Well I did somewhat, but the more and more i've understood how we're all one, the more and more i've been able to do it.
woah I just got super high again and had another epiphany. Our lucid selves while dreaming are simply a higher conscious like more aware of the truth of the fact that we can do anything. If you become aware of that fact at any time, whether it be in a "waking" state or in the "dream" state you can control your environment to whatever degree you believe you can. In "reality" it's hard to be able to truly believe it. Since your lucid self is a higher level of consciousness, since you believe you're "dreaming" not just that you're in another reality, you believe that you can alter your environment, to whatever degree you believe you can.
