Is it possible to a.project using a lucid dream as the platform?
The book "Otherwhere: A Field Guide to Nonphysical Reality for the Out-of-Body Traveler" discusses lucid dreaming as a means for projection, so it is possible. But would depend on where you thought (or where you would want to) project to. Having an out of body just to explore this physical plane or projecting further to reach the astral plane.
Interesting post Neo. It makes me wonder if it [astral projection] is just a another version of lucidity.
I'll have to try, and understand it more.
Seems as though I used a mixture of WILD technique and false-awakenings.
So I might have just slipped into a deeper lucidity.
But from what I've read on the real-time-zone during a.projection it seemed spot on.
Another question though. While I was surfing [my state] in what I thought to be an a.projection, my real-body at times was aware of my clock, and its ticking. This seemed to trigger a false-awakening, which I used to dive back in.
Could this be more evidence that I was an a.projection? The idea of mind-split and dual-consciousness, etc?
