Time Travelling Lucid Dream and OBE?

I had quite a experience today. I woke up in the very morning and then I went to sleep again. I had an automatic Lucid Dream, I even tried to make a landscape of where I'd like to be in the dream. It was a beach, at first it was a very blurry and narrow island kind of place, but it started to transfix into a well established place. Soon I walked a bridge that took me to a coast in Michoacán, a mexican state where I'd been before. The landscape was familiar but I had never visited the place. I remember being a child and being accompanied by adults there. They were going to visit some familiars. The clouds were stormy dark and we moved through the streets (the town was located near a in a slopy cliff, so then the town lied in a declivity) and the streets started to flood, we moved upwards till we found this particular home. By the Way, when the town flooded I still felt like I was dreaming, with random occurrences happening then. But then everything became clear and very life-like. I remember that this particular family we were visiting knew me and the ones I was with. I remember that my cousins took me to visit the place, we went to a lighthouse over the top of the cliff and we visited several places. I remember them clearly and with details. During this dream I walked with the adults that brought me to 2 houses, inhabited by their relatives. I remember these dreams in detail.

Later then I woke up, made a breakfast but still felt tired, so then I went to dream again. When I waked in a dream, I was in a very similar landscape but slightly changed. The streets were a tad different, but the place was the same, I could even make out the same lighthouse in the distance. I visited these families again, but the house were different and so do they. Their aging was evident (even more on the older ones). I chatted with them through, and then treated me as a visit who rarely visits them. Later on I woke up again with a slight headache, and I move to another bed to sleep better. Then I started to dream in something else, but suddenly I returned to this place I've been describing before, but the pass of time was even more evident. I was wearing different clothes as I could perceive myself as an older being. I found one of my cousins in the streets on a sunny day. He was chatting with a passer by, and then, when he looked at me, he stared me contemptuously, and with the same attitude he treated me as we went back with our relatives. There I found out that the elders were already dead, the family was going through financial difficulties and everything around was different, as if 10 years passed by. When I visited the second house I used to visit there, I found that one relative that in my second dream was mentally ill wasn't there (he was on bed then). I entered the place and my relatives didn't even recognised me till I told them who I was. Then I asked them for this particular relative and I noticed that the elder woman (the grandmother) had a blind eye. She told me that this mentally ill relative went nuts one day and that he attacked her with a knife, resulting in her eye loss. He died later on. The images were so vivid and clear that I woke up extremely intrigued. As a matter of a fact, I woke up 30 minutes ago.

This happened me before, but when I was very young. And it feels like time-travelling and still it feels like an out-of-body experience. They were not my relatives, I've never been in there, and still the details of these dreams were amazing.

I'm not suggesting that I time-travelled during my dream, but I found this experience quite shocking and abnormal. I made some google research trying to find out similar experiences out there, without finding any. That's why I entered this site, registered and posted this, do you know about similar experiences? Are they normal?
