Hypnopompic precognitive visions

Hi all,

I have recently been experiencing hypnopompic visions which have become true during the course of the day.

I have on a few occasions experienced very vivid and detailed images which allowed me to see events almost unfold in the same manner a few hours later. However, generally they last a few seconds and lack clarity.

I have increased my meditation sessions and I read that staying still when waking up also helps. I would like to improve both the length I stay in the 'zone' and the details associated with the visions. Please advise on how I can do this.

I too have been having these visions off and on for years now. But I don't know if they are precognitive or not. I do have precog dreams though. When I get the visions, it's mostly when I wake up really early in the morning and lie still as can be, body asleep/mind awake. What I think is happening is a kind of auto-pilot remote viewing or traveling clairvoyance. I too want to know how to further develop this gift or skill.
I also take many supplements for various reasons, some for lucid dreaming/astral projection. Some of the supplements may help stay relaxed and calm when this happens. The problem is, I can't get up and take the supplement and go back to the vision- they happen intermittently. The only thing I can do is wake-back-to-bed WBTB, and if it's early enough, I'll be tired enough to go to sleep and then must be awaken by my ipod or some timer.

I hope you can develop and strengthen this ability, and then it'd be fairly easy for you to get the winning lottery numbers.

I think that when you're relaxed in the morning, your mind is like a very sensitive amplifier. You can take very subtle impressions and form images out of them, particularly if you have a source of white noise, so to speak. Whether or not the 'impressions' are connected to the future in any reliable way seems to me to be a somewhat separate issue.

By training a sensitive and passive mentality this is easier. But the problem with that is then you are sensitive and passive, not as much in control of your life. Plus it doesn't improve the quality of the impressions. It seems to me that its better to strengthen your mind by exercising your character and intelligence. If you get better at this other stuff by doing that great, and if you don't, that's fine too, but you don't really get anywhere by trying to increase it without strengthening the underlying fundamentals. That is my opinion anyway.

I'm pretty sure that viewing the lottery can't work because the winning ticket hasn't been determined yet. You'd have an easier time picking a set of numbers at random and trying to force the drawing to those. But you'd be fighting the millions of other people who are trying to win, and it seems to me to be a self-defeating mentality anyway.
