Do you possess a birthstone, gem, crystal?
Have any of you tried sleeping with quartz to amplify dream energy? If so, to what success?
Also, how can you be sure that the crystal is of a particular composition and not just coloured glass?

Seeing that there is more than one birthstone systems I can add Onyx and the Ruby to my list, color wise I have always preferred blacks and blues and the occasional red, so could there be some relation to Turquoise, Onyx and Ruby? I dont know maybe just coincidence.
As for "sleeping with a stone"(sounds weird) its something I have never tried before so I'm not going to reject the idea. So whats the best way to sleep with it... stick it under a pillow, have it around your wrist?
