      Am I OBE'ing? If not am I close?

      Hey guys, ever since I started to get into Lucid Dreaming a few years ago. I've always wanted to WILD. I've tried to WILD for 3 years and only succeeding recently. My efforts in trying to get into SP, has actually make SP happen naturally to me. Some nights, I just wake up into SP. Sometimes in the morning, when I go back to sleep, I can kind of feel like I can go into SP if I wanted to. Its quite cool, in the sense, that my mother has always been plagued by SP her life naturally, and I've never experienced it until I picked up LD'ing. Anyways, I noticed that whenever I'm in SP, the constant thing that happens is, I feel my body shaking and turning by itself in the bed, sometimes, it turns so that I am face down in the bed, I can feel the fabric and everything and ofcourse, difficulty to breath. Alot of times , my body will even start rolling and skimming slowly up the wall next to the bed. I'm wondering if this is actually an OBE, or whether I'm close to OBE'ing. I would like to experience an OBE. So yes was just wondering, if it means I can transition quite easily into it.

      Hi.
      I believe the vibrations you are experiencing is when your subtle body is ready to separate from your physical body, or it acctually is already separating. The body turning ( I suppose you are talking about your subtle/astral/dream body and not physical) is also sign that your physical body has created a subtle duble that's separated/ready to separate.

      When this happens to you next time, just think "to the door" or some other place, that's about 15 feet away from your physical body, so you don't get sucked back right away. I suggest you visualize this before you do it. Also, when experiencing vibrations or subtle body's movement, try to 'see' your bed from different point of your room, so your awareness shifts to that location, and with that your astral body.

      During day you can repeat to yourself something like "I like to project from my body, I project safely and return happily with full memories". Try not to stay out long for first couple of times so when you return, you remember it.

      Once you are projected/out of body, you can look around in your room, and take a look at your hands.
