okso i download these free isochronic tones. Supposably good for lucid dreaming and i download the "astral projection" one. then b4 i go to bed i listen to it for like an hour with no prior meditation or anything. After an hour all i get is a feeling that my body is really heavy but no vibrations!? anything else required?
