~techniques and tips for obe~

Ok so I have decided to make this topic in an attempt to collectively have serious OBE-ers describe there current techniques and tips for achieving OBE's. I have recently experienced some of the staring phases of having an OBE and am currently reading Williams Bulhman's Adventures Out of the Body(good book for beginners). In his book he describes several techniques and goes over some of the expected sensations. Below is what I have experienced in the past week of attempting to get to a meditative state conducive to achieving an OBE. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Technique:
Astral Projection Mp3-30min
Visualization of my living room and items in it.

Sensations:
Buzzing or tingling
vibrations
A rocking sensation (this has been the most interesting for me)
A sense of slowly becoming lighter

For me this technique may be difficult because I used to suffer from mild insomnia so if I focus on something I sometimes find it hard to get to sleep. This is how I basically fell into LDing....by studying the sleep process to try to help myself sleep better. Anyway I was thinking that maybe the dream conversion technique would be the easiest technique for me and probably many others here at this forum. Anybody serious about OBE's please tell us your experiences and evolution to successes.
