Very close to having an OBE please help

ive attempted an OBE twice now, each time I was able to achieve sleep paralysis, and I feel like I can achieve sleep paralysis whenever I attempt an OBE, Is this a common trait? anyways when I entered the paralysis state the second time, my body was completely frozen and I could feel my eyes shut, But strangely enough I was gazing around my room! I made a very strong effort to try and get out of bed, but I felt like I kept sitting up and collapsing back into my bed, (not physically, physically during all of this my body was completely lying still) then i think I tried too hard and regained control of my physical body.

During both of my experiences my mind felt completely awake and capable of thought, where my body was in the paralysis state.

Can anyone help me leave my body?

Certainly you were having an OBE. I think OBEs are a special type of LD when we can keep awareness or lucidity continuously without sinking in common sleep. It can be more easily done using one of the WILD methods. The most difficult part is the time it takes to be deeply relaxed before experiencing sleep paralysis. Then most people experience some form of hypnagogic hallucination such as vibrations, loud sounds and a sensation of movement which can be very fast or very slow. If you can remain deeply relaxed through these strange feelings it is very likely that you will have a complete OBE. I think when we enter the dream stage in the OBE style we recreate our last physical location as our bedroom for example and we try to behave as in an ordinary awakening. That´s why we feel we are standing up and moving. But if we pay close attention we will see dream signs or anomalies in the mental created environment and experience. Also if we lose awareness we may slip into false awakenings or an ordinary dream.
