      One third of our lifetime we sleep. So the average is 20 to 25 years we sleep. Just simply think about it. We spend 25 years sleeping. You think it's a short time? Twenty-five years sleeping in the bed, lying-down.

      That is a lot of time.

      And if you look closely most of thos times, 25 years of our life, we might be sleeping, big-time, in the sleep of ignorance.

      That means no sense of what's happening.

      No sense of growing and development.

      A big time of that time we also get caught-up with a lot of stories of human inflictions. Different emotions, different thoughts, different feelings. Absolutely confusing.

      We spend a big part of those 25 years dreaming those things, experiencing those things, in our body, in our field of energy, in our mind.

      The Dream Yoga practice is to help not to waste those 25 years.

      Through Dream Yoga practice one will recognise ones limitations that one is not conscious of.

      One will be able to clear those blockages. One will be able to discover ones most inner-potential qualities. And one will be able to enhance those qualities, in dream, through the dream, in our life, in our everyday life and day to day work.

      Be able to manifest, bring out that places.

      So it's a fantastic, a tool, a knowledge.

      Many times we say, "O, I don't have a time for practice. I love to practice. Practice really helps me. But I don't have a time. Today I don't have a time.

      This weekend I'm going to spent a few hours of practice but today I don't have a time".

      So

      Many times we have a good excuse, (not having enough time).

      Of course all of those are a kind of non-sense. We have time for every thing, why don't we have a time for practice?

      The moment of the death comes, that was a good place to say, "O, I don't have a time for die".

      But you can't.

      So, but any way, thats the human limitation, we say those things. So, think about that.

      Who says "O, I don't have a time to go to sleep?"

      From high Enlightened masters to a violent crimlnal, rich to poor, there's no limit. Everyone goes to sleep. When sleep time comes everyone goes to sleep.

      Either its in the room in the palace or in the street. People go to sleep.

      So imagine now those 25 years time could be used to practice. And think about it. This is discovering a whole 25 years of time in life of opportunity to practice.

      For example:

      If sombody goes to sleep.

      Before you go to sleep, you go with a positive thought, like feeling so much Love. You're feeling that in your body. You're feeling that in your field of energy in the breath , feeling that in your heart.

      When you go to sleep like that, in some way, the entire night (that 6, 7, 8 hours) you are meditating on that Love, or in that joy, whatever emotions you are feeling that moment. In the morning you get up with a big smile.

      Why would you not get up with a smile because all seven hours you're feeling great.

      Other days we know, befor we go to sleep, what do we do? We do all the wrong things:

      We look at our day.

      We count all the wrong things that happened.

      I met that terrible person.

      That terrible person did terrible things.

      I coulden't finish my work

      So more job I have to do tomorrow.

      I habe two dead-lines tomorrow.

      I look at my to-do list (...)

      I bring (my to-do list) from my office to the kitchen. From the kitchen to my bedroom.

      In my mind I think about them

      In the morning, in the night when you're sleeping, you're exhausted, tired, bad, all of your sleep.

      Why?

      Because in whole night, somehow, subconsciously, you're looking on that list, to-do list, UN-done list, failur list.

      Because you are so engaged with those thoughts and emotions before you went to sleep.

      So next day you get up and whole bodies aching. You feel kind of depressed, no enthusiasm of life

      Of course in some sense it made sense. Who wanted to get-up in that world. The world with so much undoed and the world full of the dead-lines. Deep inside you don't want to wake-up in that world.

      But if go in a right way with the right thought and right emotion the entire night can be a deep meditaion.

      But

      It requires a preparation before you go to sleep. It requires a clear attention before you go to sleep.

      Ten, fifteen minutes, half an hour before you go to sleep just prepare your mind-set the right way.

      I'll give you one example:

      If you're sleeping in a bunk bed and you tell your self, "I should not move to much tonight otherwise I will fell down" and you go to sleep. Very likely, entire night, you will not move much. Because you have consciously taught youself that awareness.

      Awareness is holding all night.

      It's not a repeating thing, "I should not move, I should not move" but you're aware of that. Awareness is cultivating without even you knowing it.

      Or

      You say, "I have to get-up 5 in the morning because I have to take a train at 8 o-clock", or whatever. Your very likely to be getting-up at 5 in the morning because of the way you give a message to youself.

      So these information are stored properly befor you ho to sleep.

      The 4 week on-line Tibetan Dream Yoga work shop is US$345 so I can't attend.

      but all seven Tibetan Sound Healing (~9 minute each) Youtubes that I pirated 2 years ago are still up.

      New season begins Dr Who Sept 8th 2012

      Power of replacing anger with love

      Daleks take humans and transform them into to Daleks by subtracting love replacing the love with anger. WoW

      But a woman of genious crash-landed in "Asylum" (a place even the Daleks are too terrified to enter, a planetary prison confining the most terrifying and insane Daleks). She don't know that she's now a Dalek.

      To help the Doctor rescue her she hacks the Dalek telepathic web/net and wipes out all memory of the existance of "The Preditor". "The Preditor" is the Daleks code name for "The Doctor".

      The genious-human Dalek sacrifices herself so that "Asylum" can be destroyed and the doctor and his two friends can teleport back to the Darlek mother ship.

      Big Beautiful twist.

      When The Doctor and his two friends are back on the Darlek mother ship the Parliment Leader asks him "who are you?"

      He replies "I'm the Doctor!!!".

      Then he scrunches-up his eyes and twirls, wating for the Darleks to EXTERMINATE him.

      But

      Instead of the scary war chant of Exterminatr! Exterminate! Exterminate!

      The thousands of Parlimentary Darleks begin chanting Doctor Who? Doctor Who? Doctor Who?
