I had an Amazing dream and came on line on Saturday 1/March/2008. I met Doctor Robert Van Der Castle at Psi-Dreams Yahoogroups and he began sending me, every day, Henry Reed’s Daily Mandalas. I didn’t think much of them till I saw the amazing one Bob sent me on the morning of 15/April/2008.

From then on I began (sort of) working with that amazing, Living mandala, (long story)

My avatar is that mandala.

Until Yesterday I didn’t know much about Henry Reed. But I found an interview with Henry as guest. And I have listened to it 3 times. Matt, I was listening to it for the 3rd time, a few hours a go, on my phone when your post came to my inbox.

The Last thing you wrote on your last post was:

“Aww! Debra Debra Debra!
I'll try as I might to play this synchronicity game with you! ^_^

Not sure the precise rules down to a T, but I'll wing it!”

That statement synched with what I had just listened to in his interview. I halted this bit to see what email had just dropped into my inbox, and it was you. So here is that bit of the interview:

(4:54) So, Welcome Penny. (…) What do you think, does everyone have intuition?

(5:09) Guest, Penny: Oh, yes of course. I think intuition is our most natural, normal way of perceiving. It’s very closely tied to empathy which we all have as babies. You might call it, direct knowing. Almost like instinct but also it goes higher than instinct it’s not just body related.

It’s really the way a lot of us make our decisions. We think we’re being logical but when it comes right down to it, it’s often just a gut feel. (…)


(5:56) Interviewer: (…) Is it a special gift?


() Penny: Well, I think it is incredibly special. (…) but I don’t think it belongs to a special few. I think everyone has it. Some people are more interested in it than others. Some people perhaps have family who validate left-brain, analytical thinking or intellectual, academic prowess more, and it may take some people longer to get interested in and develop it. But I think everybody has this ability. (6:33)

() Interviewer: (…) Tell me how you define intuition?

(7:23) Penny: I would think of intuition as not just right-brained perception but actually whole brain perception. (…) … where you really are aware of everything, all at once, and it’s almost like your body becomes a kind of brain. And you become aware of the unified field of energy that you are living inside of, which is very pertinent for today and the changes that are happening now.

But I always think of intuition partly as the joining of separate kinds of perception into one.

It’s also the perception that comes out of the present moment, because it really doesn’t operate at all when you’re in the future or in the past. It only happens when you’re in the present moment.

You know so, one of the things that help intuition, I don’t know, develop. I don’t even know if intuition has to develop. I think when you’re in the present moment, when you’re relaxed, and when you can see connections between things (8:44) then intuition just automatically starts-up.

It’s already there. You just have to fulfil certain conditions then it’s operational. (8:55)

Guest, Penny: (10:36) I don’t think it is logical because logic is, I think, a left-brain function that proceeds according to cause-and-effect thinking, and so it’s step by step, linea.

(11:00) And I feel like intuition is all-in-the-moment, it’s direct knowing, it’s all over, all at once and it incorporates all the parts of the self not just the left brain. (…)

(12:48) To me intuition is not a, you know, titillating wild psychic thing. To me it is the most practical of ways of knowing. (…)

Interviewer, Marcia: (…) Penny, is your intuition, or anyone’s intuition, always correct?

Guest, Penny: (…) There are definitely things that block intuitive accuracy. And some of those things might be old family programming about certain biases about how things have to look. Or you can’t really trust things unless they’re proven.

Interviewer, Marcia: (20:29) (…) I used to infuriate a lot of well known business people when I said, “Your intuition is always correct” (…) And I would point out to them, “Well, what happens when it’s not correct?” “There is interference, and what kind of interference?” And I would call them the emotional intruders or the culprits. It’s voices like blame, and you’ve mentioned some of them, criticism, judgement, the old tapes. They block the intuitive flow.

And I would explain to them that these culprits are subjective, ego based emotions.

And for me I would describe it as based on wishful thinking and fear and projection because when we talk about intuition, our intuition is neutral. It’s not attached to an outcome. Our ego is subjective, it is attached to an outcome.

Interviewer, Marcia: (22:25) When I a student and other people aware of what the wishful thinking is in there life and they can connect to that, you know, in wishful thinking, we make a decision, it’s based on a fantasy of what we want to happen. And it comes out differently.

Example: (…) (22:48) … (23:13) The wishful thinking muddles us.

Guest, Penny: I think that when every the mind goes into the past and into the future and doesn’t just sit with really what feel just right, in the now, then you get in trouble. Because then you project, often, things from you’re past onto the present moment as though that’s going to happen in the future and you totally miss what’s happening now.

(23:45) Because when you go into your left brain which is a very isolated, separated part of our awareness. It’s the analytical that compartmentalises. And when you’re in that part, that part feels isolated and separate and so then it makes you feel isolated and separated. And so you see the world as isolated and separate, your answers come out of that context, and they’re incorrect.

Because the only resource the left brain has is the past.

And what happened in the past may have absolutely nothing to do with what’s happening now.

When I was setting up my outline for the show and for this first show I called it “The Mechanics of intuition” and afterwards I said “That’s a funny word for it, for intuition, (haha) it’s not mechanical, it’s not, not static. And then I thought about it and the mechanic is the nuts and bolts. So what we are trying to give to the listeners now is the sense of the nuts and bolts of intuition.

Well (Penney) when you talked about the body, I always use this phrase, “The Body is an Intuitive Antenna”. And I say to people when it’s smooth move, when it’s rocky, stop.

Can you give a couple of specific of specific keys for becoming intuitive?

Penney: I think the most important ones are the ability to focus your self entirely in the present moment. Kind of reel in all your fishing lines that you’ve thrown out into the stream, you know reel it all in. Get into your body.

Second part is to bring your attention inside your skin. Be aware of your body being a kind of consciousness that you’re centred within. You’re Interface with the world.

(50:13) Well everybody how are you doing with programming? Remember we talked about that last week?

And you know, when I go to sleep, I usually don’t programme my dreams unless there’s something I really want to know. Because I feel that my intuitive mind knows what I need to receive.

So before I go to sleep I set my intention. (…) By saying:

“I will fall asleep quickly, sleep peacefully, through the night and awaken in the morning remembering my dreams”.

And I do fall asleep knowing that the dream will clarify any disconcerting issue in my life. Or it will bring a buried concern to the surface so any smouldering embers of a potential problem can be addressed before it becomes hazardous.

(51:13) Your dreaming mind hears everything. You’re going to fall asleep, you’re going to sleep through the night, and you’re going to awaken, remembering your dreams. So, what you need to do is to invest the time before you go to sleep. And when you awaken … doing what when you awaken? … recording the dream in your journal.

This is very, very basic. (…)

Your dreaming mind is very fragile as you awaken and can easily retreat if stunned by a blaring alarm-clock, a restless partner, affectionate children, ha, in my case an exuberant cat or dog. So, you have to lay still as you replay the dream in your mind. And you can start at the end and go through each scene until you reach the beginning.

Don’t move or even open your eyes until you’re ready to write in your dream journal.

Stay in the same position you were in when you were dreaming. Now that’s a tough one so I’m going to say that line again. “Stay in the same position”, I know I am often tempted to open my eyes and move and as soon as I do that … boy … BANG … the dream is gone.

(52:35) Now, if the dream is illusive, lay still until you can pull up a thread, (…)

Now, maybe you’ll only remember a fragment, (an intention, a word) it doesn’t matter, write that down. Because later, that fragment will spontaneously trigger another memory which will give you the entire dream.

I remember one morning being very fuzzy, “What did I dream, what did I dream” and I couldn’t quite get it. And then during the day I saw a stop sign and that stop sign suddenly brought to mind, “O my God, there was a stop signe in my dream”, and the whole thing came through.

So, be alert to that. (53:24)

I am going to record whatever I dream in the next few nights to see if I meet anyone at Chicken Itza. Tommorow is Friday 2nd of Spring (September) where I live. I will post to my dream journal and then to the Chicken Itza shared dream journal.

And

For my dream game you don’t need to get lucid.

Just :

1) Before you have a short nap, look at my Avatar for a minute or so.

2) Then as you drop-off notice any hipnagogic imagery.

3) When you wake, note any dream snippets and post them.

Then I can do my part!

1a) I will go to the beach where the Mandala is. I wiil look around for anything that sync's with your hipnagogs and dream snippets. I will take photos of the sync’s and upload them to my flickr Account. Then contact you and give you the link to the photos.

This is the beggining.

Once it (the remote viewing) happens, you will begin to trust the Avatar mandala.

When you trust the Mandala it will not just be a remote viewing camera to where i am, (Adelaide, South Australia) but it will become a portal that you are welcome to step into.

The Mandala will gently teleport you onto the beach between the Henley Beach Jetty and the Grange Jetty. Then you will have 100% verifiable shared dreams.

The mandala IS the expecto-petronum charm, so every dark thing will be satiated and float-away blissfully and harmlessly.

So

Nothing will harm you and nothing will be harmed.

Was me as a refugee, in a tiny sleeping tent on a very low trailer, behind a war lorry. I pocked my head out and saw I was on a main highway. The lorry I was behind went up on to a higher, highway. Other Lorries when down onto another highway. It was like a how the sentence “You Only Live Twice” parts into two paths at the word “Twice” in my new avatar.

I think this is important because most of the sentence is in red and bends down

How the heck did that get there (???)

I like the occasional dream, I have had, where i wake in my room get up and potter-around in this boarding house where I live. Only to wake up fore real to realize that the other was a lovely false-awakenimg dream.

So, here on in I am incubating for false-awakening type dreams where I dont go anywhere.

Thinking the above I reveried of being at my sacred beach, (Henley Beach Jetty) facing out to sea, (where the huge mandala is anchored) eyes closed, hands folded in prayer.

Absolutely phenomenal things came to light when Dr. Robert Van Der Castle and Bobbie Ann Pimm posted the Dream Telepathy Target today. I promised to post the Target to my Flickr photostream when it was posted on the pdc. But yesterday I received the (below) pm from the host of the pdc and it reads:

And though all of, all of us, comprise the universal Entity known as the eternalbeloved none of us, individually, are the eternal beloved. So, I dont have to obey one or two or even a small group who want me to shut-up.

This thread may seem long and complicated but when I started it I thought folks were into "It".

"It" being dreaming in a mutual dream, (and geological) location to see what would happen.

what happens is that the third party, (the universal EternalBeloved) joins in, (the mutual dreaming) in his amazing, natural way. When the third party joins us, that third party, enthusiastically, speaks through synchronicity. Examples of this are in this thread.

in my next post here I will tell you more about what I Am doing and what you can do.

There are raw experiences; hearing,seeing, touching,smelling and tasting. There are sensations in the body, hunger, thirst or pain. This is what we refer to as Direct Experience.This is the level of experience of cats, dogs and new born babies.

Then there are thoughts.

Thoughts layer concepts over these raw experiences. A thought, or label, or concept, is never the actual. Some thoughts point to the actual and some thoughts point to other thoughts. This is the realm of make-believe. This is the realm of of "I".
