Is that like some kind of reply to my question. I am assuming it is because you quoted me, but to be honest the only remotest kind of intelligent answer I have managed to get out of it is that you are doing some kind of remote viewing / dream experiment. I would have loved to have joined in, but your points are so abstract I simply can't follow. Am I the only one?

As a side note, experiencing the more spiritual side of life is wonderful but it should also be in balance with the physical side of life. Its good to get your feet upon the ground once in a while otherwise you might run into all kinds of mental problems. Just a tip.

I worked in factories from leaving school at 15 til 2001 (aged 43). It is too late to worry about me cos in 2001 I was put on the pension for Multiply Personality (Disociative Disorder). I am happy. I live in a boarding house. I am 53.

I will reveal what's in the box every Monday (my time).

Please write any falling-to-sleep (hipnagogic) images, waking (hipnapopic) images, dream snipets, and any "tune" you become aware of after waking. Also watch for any synchronicities or recurring themes in waking life.

But

just a non-lucid dream fragment is a good starting point. The other stuff begins to become relevent after folk have done a few targets.

Don't be afraid of "Busting" but if you are shy (like I was) send your experiences to me by email.

I want this to be exciting and fun.

Anyway, here are a few things Ive had in the last couple of days. Firstly two days ago, twice I came across the song "eye of the tiger". You said to mention any synchronicities so I thought that was quite significant. Also as I was going to sleep that day I had the image I had something white and creamy like butter cream stuck to my fingers, but it was just really disgusting and I tried to get it off when I realised I was just dreaming. What struck a chord with me yesterday though is I watched a program where a guy was talking to a group of kids about mouth hygiene and picked up a substance that looked similar to my dream and explained to them that it was plaque that you find on your teeth. It got a similar disgusted reaction from the kids.

And now onto dreams. I had a long and exceedingly boring dream about the telecommunications company I used to work for more than 15 years ago along with the bitchy boss I used to have. The only thing that sticks out in my dream though because it didnt seem to have anything to do with the rest of the dream was that at one point I stopped to look at the sky which was covered with beautiful golden clouds that you might get at sunrise. I had various dreams last night, but they seem directly related to things from the day before. And well I don't want to hog this thread either.

Wish other people would share their synchronicities here too. It doesnt matter if they are a hit or a miss, I think they would make for an interesting read, It won't be so much fun participating alone.

Interesting. I totally get the brains tendency to find coincidences in everything. Like for instance when you learn a new word, that word suddenly seems to pop up everywhere. What actually happens is your subconscious alerts you to notice something as significant when usually it would probably just skip over the word. Its the way we learn and observe.

Thats why I personally am sceptical about there being a god. Its so easy to see patterns in life and attribute them to a higher being. However it does appear that there more a person is on the "right" path the more coincidences seem to occur. The subconscious, whatever that might be, is so much more incredible than we give it credit for. Thats why I am just so fascinated by these things.

Exactly. But why do coincidences appear to occur more frequently when you are on the right path. Things just seem to fall into place sometimes. Like times when you need something and you can't afford it, then a few days later you are given it for a reduced price or even for nothing. I managed to get my house redecorated simply by believing the money would somehow come to me. And within three months it did (an uncle whom I hadnt spoken to for about fifteen years left my family all his assets in his will), so I have been able to redecorate and refurbish my house just as I had believed I would be able to.
