OBE HELP! (not sure if it was real or not)

So i'm pretty sure i had an OBE last night.. but im not positive, can someone help?

I listened to a song that a friend sent me, Binaural Beats for Lucid Dreams, before i went to sleep last night. I fell asleep listening to it.
At 3:10 i woke up from my alarm to do WBTB WILd but my friend who was sleeping near me, her breathing, was annoying me, so i got up and went into my game room to sleep on the futon.
When i lied down, i attempted to fall into SP, and just listening to the ticking of my clock. Im not sure if i ever entered into it.. i was in and out of consciousness for a while. But i believe as i was almost asleep fully, i started to move my arm, not physically, but mentally.. and then i could move it more and more and more... and then all of a sudden i sat up and stood up and walked a few steps.
It wasn't my physical body standing tho, it was as if it was something else. But as i did i felt my heart beat faster and i got excited and i looked at the door, but then i think i snapped out of it..
Throughout the night i also remember doing this but i didnt get that far.
Also during my dreams last night i did plenty of RCs but some didnt work but then the clock was all screwed up but i said to myself that would only happen in a dream.. even tho i was in one. So i never really realized that i was in a dream.
But anyways, i'm not sure if this whole OBE was a dream or not...
Any Ideas?
