Wake yourself up don't move at all then you will probably go back into sleep paralysis in which you can normally exit. |

If you are in a Lucid Dream how do you Astral Project? |

Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake
If I wake my self up how will I AP rather than DEILD? |
Not completely sure I do it sometimes on accident. sometimes you will start out in a dream in your room, but its not astral projection.... |

So how do you tell the difference from when it's a lucid dream or an AP? |
It feels way different. |

Could you be more specific? Some lucid dreams feel different than others. |
It feels like you are in your astral body, which you feel all the time while in your body normally in waking life. It feels like you are out of your body. on the physical plane. |

In a sense a lucid dream is, travelling in the astral plane <to some people anyway> |
um dreams are not on the astral plane |
Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake
No, do not wake yourself up. |
Are you sure you weren't still in dream? |

How do you tell a difference from the LD and the AP; how does the astral plane differ in look/feel compared to a dream? Basically what I'm asking is, if I lay down and stand up in a different location how will I know I didn't just teleport inside the dream? |
hmmm I'll try to explain in some way that makes sense. Your dream body and astral body feel different. Your astral body resonates at a lower vibration, it feels more dense than your dream body. Your dream body feels very light. One common thing people experience in astral projection is their hands will be transparent and they can pass through solid objects they see. This is not always the case though. Next time you are in a lucid dream notice how your body feels. This way if you astral project you be able to feel a considerable difference in the way your body feels. |

^that's on lower astral planes. |
well your astral body is an underlying body of the physical body, where as your dream body is created out of your own expectation of it being there. Like when you look at your hands in a dream they are only there because you expect them to be there. This energy is very real though, and your dream body is present overlapping your physical body in waking life too as well as you astral body. |

They are. At least it is what Theosophs and classical occultists say us. Dreaming is one of forms of astral activity. |
Well you can label it what ever you want. WILDs are not always on the astral plane. Most of time you will start out in a room which is a manifestation of your mind caused by your expectation of it being there. |

One will say this is a manifestation of your mind caused by your expectation, another will say it is an astral copy of the real room. The same thing, different interpretations. But I suggest you to read classical occultists who did not have to make psychological and mystical models compatible. Modern mystical dreamers have troubles trying to to marry occult and scientific views they believe in and produce chimeras like "this is a WILD, this is an astral projection" etc. while old occultist were saying quite unanimously that dreaming is form of astral activity - when we dreaming we are in some part of Astral Plane. Just select which model you like more, you do not have to believe in both. |

Well if its a manifestation of your mind your in a dream. If you are viewing the energy of physical objects, you are on the astral plane. |

Sorry, but no. This definition is wrong according to occult sources. More, "If you are viewing the energy of physical objects, you are on the astral plane." is another example of conceptual chimera. It is Carlos Castaneda who wrote a lot about ability to see energy of objects or entities in dreams but he never used the term "astral plane". Nor one can find any reference to "If you are viewing the energy of physical objects, you are on the astral plane." in books of Charles Leadbeater, Arthur Powell, Aleister Crowley, Sylvan Muldoon or other occultists who actually worked withing astral framework. |
So you believe any dream is on the astral plane Phantasos? So does that mean that all DCs are spirits of some sort? |
Who gives a shit what you call it |
