I woke up at 9AM after a night of sleep, right out of a REM sleep. Went to the bathroom, drank some water, and went back to bed in the hopes of WILDing.
So I layed on my back, not moving, and there were no signs that I was getting close (I was just getting numb, but nothing looking like SP).
After a long time waiting, I layed on my side, and didn't move either. At this point, I guess I lost track of time or something. I do not know if I fell asleep or just stayed like this for an hour.
Much later, I find myself conscious again and do not try moving as I can hear and feel vibrations and stuff (which implies I was finally in SP). Feeling that my position was uncomfortable, I actually tried switching positions, which I felt I was doing, with a lot of difficulties, to end up on my back.
Lost track of time...
Suddenly, I find myself flying upwards, as if gravity was reversed. I panic for three seconds, but take control, and reverse the gravity once again to fall back on my feet. I walk around in my house. There isn't anybody. My eyes somehow can't really focus, so I rub my hands together and truly feel my palms on each other. I go to the balcony, look down, the road is watery and it is raining (summer time here, though), I even felt a few drops fall on me. At first I wanted to jump and fly a bit, then I myself doubted: "Am I really dreaming or am I awake and under the influence of some drug?". To check again if I was dreaming, and stupidly intead of RCing (need to gain back the habit), I go the my living room. There's no one, the curtains were closed I think. I look at the TV, it is turned on. There is a cartoon created by my mind apparently, with some music. I felt almost sure I was actually awake and started worrying why am I feeling so weird.
I wake up. The OBE lasted a minute, dream time I guess. I'm... on my side! Which means I never actually managed to lay on my back, although I thought I did (some kind of F.A or I moved my dream body)
It is 10:20 AM, the whole process took an hour and twenty minutes.
My question: How to make OBEs last longer?
