      Orange cell phone

      The other night ,while I was lying in bed I was thinking "It would be so awesome if I had an orange cell phone". The next day friend told me she had a dream that I got a new cell phone that was orange. She pointed out the orange she imagined and it was the exact orange I was picturing the night before! I had never mentioned anything about wanting an orange cell phone before so this was really strange. Has this happened to anyone before?

      Yes, I've had the same dream as other dreamers -- that is, we met within the same dream scene.

      You can take this experience of yours as an indication that Dreams rest upon the substratum of a Collective Unconsciousness.

      During the Golden Age of Islam, when the Caliphate ruled over a great Empire ranging from Spain in the West to India in the East, an Order of Sufis was employed to fascilate diplomatic communications. Trained Dreamers would send out and receive precise messages. There was even a schedule of tests conducted, in which the dreamers would be instructed to send out apparently nonsense arbitrary information, and the receivers to send back, by post what they had received.

      years ago Shirly Maclane wrote a series of best selling books and in one of them she mentioned that in Africa, before cell phones became universal, the separate Kin Groups of this one tribe were always ready to welcome her arrival -- having had foreknowledge of her surprise visits. They told her that the last Kin Group she had visited had notified them in a Dream of her departure and intended destination.
