Thread: Light spirit guide/real life friend

I'm not sure where to ask this, so here goes. In short, I had a dream where my consciousness was split in 9 different parts. I dreamt all of them at the same time and could feel myself in the bed in waking life as well. 8 of the dreams were situated in a circle around the center one. In the center one I was there with a body of light, which communicated with me through telepathy. It was asking me why I wasn't my true self. In the mean time all the other dream realities were phasing in the background. I remember 2 of them, but I won't go into detail. There was no space-time. Somehow I know that body of light was either a friend of mine, who's a natural lucid dreamer and does it every night, or my true self(subconsciousness). When I woke up it was as if my whole body was vibrating at 1 frequency, I'm not sure how else to describe it. I asked my friend and she said she remembers nothing of the sort and it was probably me. I've never had a lucid dream, but this was the closest I've been, if not a successful one. So was that my dream guide? Can it help me achieve lucidity? I need your analysis.
