I guess you could. But I would take caution in doing that. Its normally best to ask permission from people first before sharing a dream with them. Its the respectful thing to do, and if he ever found out that you were going into his dreams every night, he might either think its cool or there could be major problems between you two. Some people would get mad or scared by that.
uhm, what contex do you mean by dream guide?
I highly doubt it.
Dream guides are the access to your subconscious.....and you don't even know if he will remember it, my friend on here and I have had multiple shared dreams that I barely remember
I'm going to have to agree with Atras, it's not right to be sharing people's dreams without permission. I suppose it could be like an invasion of privacy.
with permission, How would I go about entering another persons dream?
Thanks.
You can. You don't have to ask either. If you want to a little fuck who follows morals and manners or whatever you can ask, but you can be an evil bastard and do whatever you want  I mean does he really even care? Probably doesn't even remember his dreams anyways. You can take on epic adventures and shit. then he'll be all in an awesome mood in the morning from epic adventures. or you can torture him in dreams then he'll be afraid of you in waking life!!!! I've done that. its interesting how you can change peoples attitude towards you through dreams. Their emotions carry over even if they don't remember the dream. obviously you need more experience before attempting this stuff though. it would be pretty cool though.
I intend on having the epic adventure, than tell him what he dreamt about and hell be like OMFG HOW DO YOU KNOW O_O_O_O_O
And from then on i'll tell him and he wont really care.... he never cares about anything XD
Considering he is VERY religious... that would be AWESOME!!
you mean in the dream? lol
This is someone's mind we're talking about guys.
You may lose him as a friend if he feels you're in his head. You might make him paranoid and really fuck him up if he thinks his thoughts and dreams are not his own.
I don't know if shared dreaming is real, never done it myself. Still, if you're going to do it, make sure it's for healing, fun etc. Not torture and mind-fuck.
as i said before, im only gonna do it for fun... and tell him the next day :D
It still might freak him out that you've been in his dreams, pretty much his head. You might want to ask him beforehand.
okay :/
its because i wouldnt care id assume everyone else wouldnt care XD
I think I would. But meh, he's your friend, do what you want with 'im.
lol that sounds so mean :/
I agree. Shared dreaming is a powerful thing And if your doing it for the fun of it WITHOUT respecting the person your sharing a dream with, that's just wrong. You think he would be ok with it but when it comes to someone messing around inside your head, even the chillest people could get freaked out. If you don't wanna tell him beforehand, then just say " if for some reason I was able to go into your dreams, would you be okay with it" you could just tell him it's a theoretical question. Also, pretending to be god in his dreams is so unbelievably messed up, I'm kinda disgusted that you guys would even consider that. Have some respect, especially because he's your friend. You wouldn't want people going into your head and fucking with you.
Someones mind used to be the only place that was truly private, but with shared dreaming even the mind is open to others. By going into his mind you could stumble upon personal things he doesn't Want anyone seeing, or he could just feel like your invading his privacy. I wouldn't gamble on the fact that he'll think it's cool.
i said i changed my mind :/
EDIT: hows your opinion on telling him IN THE REAM that he is dreaming and that i am me in real life in the dream, than whle we are awake, prove it.
I would just Ask him first. He probably wouldn't even believe it's possible so hed still be amazed when you prove it to him. And if for some reason he gets mad when you do it, you can at least say that you asked his permission and he said yes. I mean it's really your choice but I would be careful about this stuff, shares dreaming has a darkside to it as well.
Shard dreaming is still a very new concept. BecUse of the Internet it is gaining some popularity but we are still the pioneers of shared dreaming. It is our responsibility to set a good example and not abuse shared dreaming. As more people fin out about it and once it is proven to be true (someone will prove it eventually) more and more people will start sharing dreams. Would you rather live in a world where people respect other peoples dream spaces or a world where everyone is constantly going into other peoples dreams and you are constantly living in fear that someone with hostile intentions will invade your dreams.
alright alright :D
i won't
or i'll ask him :D
