That is totally the point! xD The Astral Realm is another dimension, sometimes referred to as a "Mind World" where there are living, conscious beings that are not projections of your mind. These beings can take on fantastic shapes and sizes and have some very interesting things to say! (And by the way. Worrying is counter productive, just let yourself go in the flow of life. It'll take you where you want to go)

As I asked on the other thread: why exactly do you believe in this "astral plane"?
I can fully explain my OBEs as extremely vivid lucid dreams that just happen to have a different feeling.
What's in your experience to suggest otherwise?

Just making sure because I want to Astral Project myself but I'm kind of worried about all the side effects.

From the books I have read... Two people can project themselves from the same or different locations then meet while out of body, exchange a keyword and confirm that word with eachother in waking reality. Robert Bruce (author of astral dynamics) says he can see people all over while in the astral planes because everyone projects naturaly every night they just dont remember. He says these people are usually confused or asleep.

As someone else said, don't be scared. Fear is the enemy of enlightenment.
