      Trance Recall

      What is Trance Recall? Trance Recall is going into a trance to remember your dreams. How I came upon this is a long story for another time. For now, take sip of pomegranate juice, and relax.

      This is based on the scientifically proven facts that we have four basic brainwave states: Beta, awake, Alpha, meditative, half-asleep, Theta, REM, Delta, Deep Sleep.

      My hypothesis is that, contrary to mainstream thought, we not only dream in Theta, but also in Delta. We have two long slow wave sleeps early in the night, then as we progress through sleep, we go through higher frequencies.

      In order to remember the Delta sleep dreams, going into Alpha state helps with this because it's closer to Delta than Beta. And, because Alpha is closer to Theta, REM, you can remember those dreams easier also.

      Preparation: It is important to be comfortable as you sleep, and as you wake. Make your room very dark, and comfortable in every way.

      Trance Recall: as you awake
      Do nothing. In other words, keep your eyes closed, and do not move. Remember your dreams. Just let them flow to you. It usually happens with the last dream you had, then the one before that, as if you were reading a book starting with the last chapter moving forward.

      Sometimes I get up to use the bathroom, then I lose my dream. One thing that helps prevent this is to set my alarm for about 45 minutes to an hour before I want to wake up. I wake up, use the bathroom, and go back to sleep. When I wake up again, I lie there comfortably.

      Trance Recall: after waking
      Since you have woken up, you are now in Beta. You must go into Alpha. You can meditate or listen to music that makes you think of dreams. Just relax, and when you think of dreams, just start typing. Do not think. Let the dream flow out of you. Do not judge it. Do not judge yourself or your actions.

      If you do not have a lot of time, jot down some notes for about five minutes.

      Maybe try waking up very slowly after your second DELTA cycle.

      Interesting. I am doing that which Nomad described for as long as i remember. Even if i have to go to bathroom when i wake up i am still in my head thinking of my dreams. Is better to start the process when i am in bed though and then i can move around. That is why i prefer nobody to disturb me in the morning for about 15-20 min. I need quite to be with myself. Sometimes i recall up to 4 dreams quite well but i never managed to record them in a notebook.

      I manage to recall even the early night dreams, the ones in the first 1-2h of my night. I usually automatically wake up after every dream and i go through it in my head. Then in the morning is easier to recall them.
      One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

      This is basically what I do for most of my dreams. Most of my lucids are in what you call deep dream sleep or whatever. They are normally much more vivid than lucids I have before I wake up.
      I will kind of give you a guide to what I do sort of...

      Close your eyes

      Relax

      let your mind become blank

      your mind is a movie screen

      Now

      Recall your most important dream you had last night

      view it in your mind

      Thats it

      You can remember any dream you have ever had or any memory of anything in your soul. But the catch is, if you have expectations of what happened it will mess it up. So no expectations!!!! It can make it hard to re remember dreams you already remember because you end up just recreating it based on expectation rather than what actually happened.

      Thank you nomad! Trance recall is great. I woulden't have thought of it if u didn't say it. I woke up this morning, angry that i didn't remember my dream because i knew i had a long one. Then i just lied down, got into trance for 5 seconds. BAM! Remember everything.
