Thread: Can We Really Contact The Spirit World In Our Dreams?

Edgar Cayce was a special case. Firstly, he was born with this ability and did not train himself to acquire it. Secondly, he had absolutely no recollection of his experiences and his wife had to write down everything he said. Though he had some interesting predictions, he had a shortcut available to him which is not available to the rest of us. While you may be able to learn how to astral project yourself or even find the bridge to other places than the dreamscape, it takes work and dedication to acquire these skills and you should never compare your progress to how close to Edgar Cayce you are.

Moved to Beyond Dreaming.

I think it's possible--probable-- that we can access the astral realms through dreams by using lucid dreams to launch an OBE or transition to another dimension. IMO, dreams, lucids, and OBEs overlap frequently. I often hear people describe these once-in-a-lifetime dreams where they experience otherworldly things, and it sounds astral to me. I don't really know what the connection is, but there does seem to be one there somewhere.

The spirit world is always trying to connect with u. Awake or asleep. You just have to pay attention to the signs they leave behind for u. :-D
