      First OBE

Last night, I was reading "School of Out of Body Travel" by Michael Raduga. I picked up a few techniques and made it to page 61 or around there. This morning I woke up about 7 times and tried to separate immediately after waking up.

After around the 3rd time waking up I didn't move at all and then I tried Force Falling Asleep and when I tried to separate, I felt myself get up out of bed and thought that I really moved my body so I opened my eyes because I figured that I messed up anyways and looked around the room. I looked at my body but I wasn't panicking and then I realized what had happened. I almost couldn't believe that I really did it.
I looked outside and everything seemed foggy and bright, almost like it were in black and white. A few seconds later everything got blurry and I lost consciousness.

I woke up and about half way through the day I remembered what had happened because I was thinking about the book. I suddenly had the biggest smile on my face. It wasn't that great of a OOBE but it was pretty awesome because I had finally done it and I know knew that it was easier than I first thought.

      Congrats
Ive also been reading that book lately.. I posted a thread yesterday-"Was this an OBE" about my experience as its slightly confusing, i'd appreciate if you commented on it because from what you've said the reason why i couldnt see anything in my dream was because i didnt open my eyes, or was it? i didnt want to incase i just woke up..
I also 'think' i had an OBE last night, I was in bed and thought "is this an OBE? let me go check in the mirror.." I looked completely normal so assumed it was real life and went back to sleep, however if i was actually awake i would have done the normal thing and done an RC, which leads me to beleive that i was infact in an OBE when getting out of bed.
Anyway this book is great, makes it seem so easy and after the first night of reading it i was able to wake up without moving, and have a great experience. And its free!
