LD Astral projection?

i had to find somthing fast to tell of this experience. ok so i useually know when im going to take a nap that im dreaming, so i often end up flying, and i allways start of flying from my dorm room (as of now) well this time i woke up (in my dream) in a house... not sure where i just remember leaveing and imideatly flying through homes, and houses. typically and allways empty. but full of stuff. down to little details, like notes on the fridge, and well everything, and i can allways find these houses again, and everythings mostly the same in them. (and when i mean down to the little details i mean like everything youd expect in a normal house, like hidie places and stuff) sometimes in these dreams i have to fight off shadowy figures from me... i still dont understand that. and that happend today, well i eventually flew away. but something strange happend out of my useuall LD. i meet a girl. and i can describe her down to the last detail. she saw me flying. and was amazed by it. her family (mom sis and grandmaw?) didnt seem to pay much attention to me, like as if they wernt there. they didnt seem... lifelike. they seemed more annoyed i had showed up. well i fly down to this girl seeing that ive never seen anyone in these type of dreams, and she actually talked to me. like who i was and how i could fly. and i have to type up her description also, im afraid of forgeting. redish/orange hair, deep brown eyes, very pink lips but small, fair skined, about 5 foot two. hair to her shoulders, hairstyle like the kind that looks like it was just choped kinda. lite eyebrows. small hands no big blemishes. she lives in louisiana. her mom has some kinda breathing problem. she has a simular phone to mine, diffrent company. livers in beautiful part of louisianna. there well any way we talked and i wanted nothing more than to be with her, to leave everything i knew. never wake up. then my leg began to hurt unexpectively. i didnt visibally notice to others.... and i gave her my phone number... her mom said i needed to leave before it was to late. and i woke up. i dont know how to explain this, but i have the strongest feeling this girl was real, maybe it was her dream? i have no clue, but ive never meet her. please help i have no clue whats going on!

I doubt this was a dream. First of all it seems way to consistent to be a dream. I believe you were astral projecting. Now there are some people that can see "ghost" But ghost are simply other beings with no vehicles (bodys). But she was able to perceive you clearly right? My best guess is that this girl IS real and not just some made up person. But I think you met this girl for real and she has very well developed physic intuition and is able to see you clearly and communicate with you. If you ever meet her again if you want to check if this is real ask her something like "What year is it?" or something I know this is far fetched but we are very powerful beings. I believe we can project into the future. And of course the "higher planes"

she was, and i to believe she was real, she could see me, i like flew over her and she looked up and smiled. i dont think in the real world.. well there both pretty real but i dont believe ive meet her. and i want to find her again. i want to ask her more.

Sounds like a rather typical LD to me. Especially when you see stickers on the fridge and things like that.
What I consider a more typical astral projection, is a projection to the energy level. (Even though all these words AP, OBE, etc. are not very well defined, or not at all defined and every one uses it having some other idea in mind.) So, when you are in RTZ on the energy level, then you would see peoples energy bodies and houses would look different. It would be an effort to have a look at how the stuff looks in physical appearance.
But maybe there are some people who create the illusion of the physical appearance over the energy patterns, so it looks just like the material world.

Anyway, what you describe has not enough clues to tell where it took place.
