As you start to record, translate, and attempt to understand your dreams you will connect to sources outside yourself, call it the spiritual realm, spiritual states, or the unified field of TM - whatever you like. When you connect to a state outside the physical you move out of time. Time is only a construction of society and our physical state. Time has no relevance in your dreams, when astral projecting, or even during the deepest meditations. When you move beyond the physical realm and its constraints of time, you can dream about things that happened in the past (past lives for example) or things that will happen in the future (precognitive dreams.) Note well that any dreams about the future are only dreams about a possible future, only likely to happen due to the circumstances of your life at the moment.
You will receive more and more of these as you work with your dreams. I direct you to the author Robert Moss, in "The Three Only Things", "Dreamgates", and "Active Dreaming" for information from a practiced dreamer in this area. To sum up some of what he teaches... When you receive a precognitive dream you should record all details, starting with any numbers, letters names or music you saw or heard. Work on the imagery after that. Then, after you have translated it and determined exactly what your dream seems to be warning you about, you need to choose your course of action. If you have a dream that your friend is coming over be sure to be at your house during the predetermined time. If you have a dream that someone will be killed, as I did, then it gets trickier. You should try to re-enter the dream and change the ending to be sure it is indeed precognitive. If you re-enter the dream and change the ending, it is not precognitive and you need to seek the true meaning of your dream. If you can't change the ending you need to act. Collect all the details you can. Anonymously call the police, FBI, or any other relevant agency and give them the details. Or act more directly if you feel so compelled.
In my case I tried to re-enter the dream but failed. I tried to project so I could enter the dream that way and failed. So I sent what I knew to the FBI through their online form. Then I began to send out positive energy to my family, friends, and the man who I saw committing the murders. My theory, upon translating the dream, was simply that someone, or a group of someones, had to be sending negative energy to this man to drive him to do what he was going to do. So I also sent positive energy along those streams of negative energy purifying and transforming them, severing the man from the negative energy. I actually felt a force at the other end of this, attempting to stop me, and it felt like more than one person. But thankfully my energy and imagery abilities were much stronger than theirs and I managed to even send positive energy directly to the sources of negative energy in this man's life.
I do not have any proof I succeeded, but one of the victims I saw was my cousin. I had received another dream, tied in to this one via an incubation attempt, and this was of my cousin's funeral. I connected the dots and acted as best I could. The date for the murders has passed and my cousin is still alive. During a dream re-entry attempt I saw him, thinner, smiling, wearing a red shirt, and I took this to mean he was OK, that my efforts were successful and the murders had been stopped.
So to summarize, yes, precognitive dreams are normal for those who record, translate, and attempt to understand them. These dreams will stop if they are not treated with respect. You show respect to you dreams by recording them, translating them, attempting to understand them, and applying them. Each and every dream is a gift to you, and it is up to you to receive it with thanks and make the best use of the gift you can, or to ignore the gift like a Christmas present you don't want.
My advice? If you get a lot of precognitive dreams keep it to yourself. Don't start a 1-900 number or your own psychic website. Don't go around telling your close friends and family about your precognitive dreams because at best you will scare them and at worst they will think you're nuts and throw you in the looney bin. People in general are afraid of what they do not understand. Therefore work in the background as much as possible, keeping yourself as far away from a possible future situation as possible as you attempt to resolve the issue.
