      Obe??

      So I am still falling asleep almost as soon as I ever try to get started, despite some very appreciated advice. It is getting very discouraging but I am still in good spirits so hopefully I will work it out.
      My question, is it possible to have an OBE while lucid dreaming?? I heard about this through Dr. Albert Taylor on a talk radio shock jock station. Has anyone any insights on this? Is it all possible or is this just a part of lucid dreaming?

      Absolutey. The first lucid dream I ever had I said to myself, 'I must be having an astral projection'. Immediately I felt incredible electric vibrations in my dream body and I then found myself floating a few feet from my sleeping body in bed. I had actually had an etheric rather than an astral projection.

      This is one of the most definitive works about OBE, astro-projection that I have yet to come across

      I have not attempted astro-projection yet. I suppose I figure I should learn to walk before I can run since a lot of the skills utilised in LD seem applicable to astro-projection.
