almost obe or just lucid??

I was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch today with my dad in the room and the tv on. He spoke to me a couple of times, but I'm not sure I completely woke up because I was so tired. Well anyways, I had a really weird experience and wrote it down after I "woke up".
I was asleep/half asleep, not sure. I thought I wanted to go out of my body and so I started imagining numers in my mind. I counted backwards from 5 and repeated each number 3 times... it was just like I would do if I were conscious. 555-444-333-222-111. Then I felt a weird sensation all over my body. It was kind of like a buzzing sensation, but it was very strong and I remember fighting to stay in the dream state or whatever it was. I was trying to move around to get "out", but I felt stuck. There was also a pair of glasses or goggles on my face that blurred my vision. I kept trying to take them off but couldn't. I did though at one point and everything got clear. I tried looking at my hand, but I dont think I could see it because I dont think I could pick it up. I kept feeling like my body was kicking around, and I thought my dad would notice me... confused if I were awake. I tried to read the clock, but I couldnt get my head turned far enough. I thought I saw the number one at the end of the time and when I woke up a few minutes later it was like 8:04. Then I tried to look at a pile of magazines on the chair and saw a red number 5. In reality there were newspapers there. I tried to start flying around the house but I couldn't get out of my body. I felt really weird and out of it when I finally did wake up. I know this wasn't a complete obe because I couldnt get out of my body and because of the differences in my dream and reality. I was wondering if maybe it was the onset of one but wasnt because I couldn't get "out" of my body. It seemed the whole time I was fighting it to "get out" and to control what was going on.

Yup sounds like a WILD event to me. You had everything just right to enter WILD. The sensations are correct and the SP is definately what you get also. Next time try and visualize a dream setting so that you can create before going into the dream to elivate the dream scenerio taking on events last seen from the waking world. Because this can become confusing thus. wondering if it was an OBE or WILD. congrats anyway and keep it up :goodjob:
