Thread: Had a shared DILD!

So last night I had a LD... It was a DILD. As soon as I became lucid, I went to my friend who was in the dream and shook him saying, "You're dreaming! You're dreaming!" He finally came to and we had enough time to talk, though I don't remember what about... and that's when it becomes hazy... I think I may have woke up.

Whenever I woke up, I didn't think much of it... I had made many similar attempts to have a shared LD before only to have it end up being a convincing DC.

Now, as I visit at his house, we just finish an interesting conversation about our dreams last night.

I started the conversation with, "I had a weird dream last night..." I began explaining the LD before I was lucid. It was about an old friend neither of us had seen in a while. Right when I mention that, and a few other details, he says, "Wait! I had this SAME dream! And you told me I was dreaming!"

I'm stunned... I say I did that in my dream too, and mention another fact. He immediately says a couple more details and they match my dream EXACTLY. We each exchange wave after wave of details, and they all match! We eventually mention every detail we remember... 100% match.

I think it's safe to say I just had my first shared LD! Anyone ever have one too?
