when can you astral project/obe

i know its best to wild in the morning because you are near rem, but also because you are relaxed. and you can do it at night but its much harder.

my question is is it the same to astral project/obe at night time when you arent near rem as when your not?
not worrying about the relaxation part because i can relax myself, just do you need to be near rem to have reasonably easy astral project/obes.

or is it alot harder and very rare to do at night like a wild is?
also i know when people do wild at night they are usualy very short and not as vivid or stable. is that the same for astral project/obes at night?

No. Just go to bed early and shut off all lights. Don't waste energy, "if you know what I mean". Focus on your third eye and bam! Your out. Just practice meditation. Work on your root chakra first then move up to the crown chakra. It takes a while, but you'll have one.

I know of several methods to have OBE's at anytime, including at the end of the day. I will be trying one of these methods tonight for the first time. If it is as good as the author makes out I will make a thread about it as it is an unusual method.

so do you mean practice chakra meditation every night and when going for an obe just stop at the 3rd eye and after a while hopefully you will pop out of your body?
how long does this usualy take? and do you just hold bodily awerness in each chakra or visualize?
can you recomend any tutorials or anything on a good chakra meditation?

sorry for asking so many questions, im just so keen and your technique sounds realy good.
