swinging bed obe technique?
i heard about an obe technique were you meditate for a while then start to imagine and create the feeling of the bed gently swinging from side to side like a hammock, slowly swinging more and more. and you practice this everynight each time getting better at it and being able to swing faster, higher and in more complex ways. then one day you should swing out of your body.
so its kind of like the bounceing consciousness technique.
has anyone else heard of this technique or done it?
what do you think of it?
and any tips for it?
