Whats the book and who is the author? |
|
I was just wondering... In a book a read the author, quoting the method of an earlier author for astral projection, listed nuts, especially peanuts, as a food to avoid eating because it will negatively affect your ability to project. Anyone know what this is about? Anyone research this, or have any experience with it? |

Is the only power it has over you.
This too, will pass.

<--- My Dream Journal Contains ONLY Lucid Dreams
generally when people talk about foods to avoid for 'spiritual' reasons, it's mostly because of their affects on the metabolic heat. Proteins can be difficult for some people to digest, and as all the various emanations of the human mind are intimately connected, this is reflected in the courser nature of the subtle body as it's processing. If your digestive tract is healthy and your metabolic heat is powerful then you can eat any of the apparently 'forbidden' foods so long as you don't eat to fullness and refrain from eating things which cannot be processed together, which is not very healthy and results in density and bloating within the mind and without. There's a reason why people say to 'trust your gut'. |

I have heard about nuts being good for lucid dreaming. But have no idea, sorry. |
