A shared OBE?

I've had 2 OBEs, one was accidentally and one was on purpose. Has anyone ever had a shared OBE?

Had an OBE with a lovely lady that i email from time to time. She lives in Australia. Though we have only done it 3 times, it is quite a challenge! :D

Wow thats insane! How do you do this? Do you have a meeting place and OBE at the same time?
