Hey ALL!
Today I done a new kind of meditation, called tantra. You all know what it is. If not Google it. Anyways I was listening to some techno and I started moving my finger up and down and I noticed that there was metallic like finger trailing behind it. I have done astral projection in the past so I think that's what might be. Could it possible that I built so much energy up to where I actually see my astral finger physically through my eyes?
what sort of tantra are you doing?
I'm just doing by myself and focusing on kundulani rising through out my body. I meditate tell I get into a state of bliss. Last night was intense lol. All my chakras where vibrating. I swear I was seeing glowing smoke from my hands. I was staring at them for like 5 min trying to figure out wtf I did. I'll post an example picture of what it looked like in a bit. I don't know what to call this type of tantra. I use my mind to put my self into an orgasm like state. Then I have "uncontrollable" ones through out the night . Sometimes 2 or 3 over a period of 5 or 10 min.
P.s Lol I discovered this by accident. I tried researching it but there was hardly no material that would help further my study. So I figured that it was tantra.
Tantra just means 'weave' or 'collection of techniques/works'. If you don't know what you're doing or trying to accomplish, I suggest stopping.
Do more research. It's a science and the tools are out there, but you shouldn't play with fire unless you're OK with going up in flames. Without a solid foundation, things can quickly become terrifying.
One night whilst laying in bed I just played around with imagining moving my thumb about without using any muscles. After a few minutes I could feel my astral thumb moving around all by itself without any conscious input from myself. A most bizarre experience.
I am trying to reach enlightenment cause I'm Buddhist. I like the feeling that it gives me when I reach this state of consciousness. I feel like im one with the universe!
