It's called Sleep Paralysis |
|
I realize that i'm dreaming.
I realize that i'm dreaming.
I realize that i'm dreaming.
<--- My Dream Journal Contains ONLY Lucid Dreams
The basic idea is that you're unable to move your body while sleeping so that you don't hurt yourself. If that condition is still active, but you're awake in the sense of being aware of your spatial/sensate map of your surroundings, then its sleep paralysis. If you move your sense of where you are anyway, even though your body is frozen, then you have an 'out of body' experience. So sleep paralysis is almost an 'OBE', all you have to do is move. It would seem that its 'all in your mind', but there's more too it than that, because other weird and objectively verifiable phenomena can accompany it. |

Yea it's sleep paralysis, and it's nothing to fear. I wake up into it almost daily. |
|
I have a feeling sometimes when I wake up from a good sleep I can't really feel my body, and I just feel like I'm one with my bed, almost an OBE, Like supreme comfort. And I tell myself not to move and the feeling persists. But then I move slightly and the feeling is lost...does this fit in the SAME category as sleep paaralysis? I can control my body, but It feels better not to. This one I think is all in my head though. |

normaly that happens when the energy centers are trying to unlock.so the upper part of the brain immobilizes the kinetic centre.Instead of worry when you wake up on this state stay still and try to work with it.if you get shocked by it even better stay in the same position and let your body do its internal process.Don't get terryfied don't worry let it do its thing. |
