      Tell me how to OBE

      Just in a short form, or link me to a guide

      I have a paper on my desk since some months now, that a family member of mine has written a word on that i have no idea about.
      I planned to try to check it out in a dream just for fun, but i always forget to do it.

      I thought that i might just try an OBE instead and look at word on the paper like that, so if it succeeds i can finally start believing in stuff like this

      Hey, do you watch spirit science? If not check it out here : Spirit Science 9 - Astral Projection - YouTube. That guy will talk about books and such.
      I would really recommend watching it his other videos as well, very helpful and amazing.

      He gives a really good book on the subject that goes in depth on how to induce and such.
