Maybe. It is also possible and more than likely that the dragon symbolized something which left a large impression on you, but don't get caught up in things of this nature. The past and future scenarios that the mind could insert you in are as varied as the stars in the sky. even if you start having dreams where you're flying through the sky as a dragon, the mind's self-deceptions run very deep.
Could be. Or you were a human with some very deep experiences with dragons. Either way, it's cool. Have you tried to incubate your dreams with mantras concerning past life, or ask to be shown your past life with dragons, when in LD? Happy dreams:)

Hang on just a second. How are you sure that you weren't something more mundane, such as a dinosaur?
There's also the issue of archetypes. A dragon could symbolize many things. I'm not sure that drawing dragons all the time necessarily indicates a past life event. A visit to a past life regression hypnotherapist may be in order.
