astral projection

can someone give me instructions on how to astral project.

There are many ways of achieving Astral Projection, it takes a lot of practice and much more patience. My suggestion is rather than for me to post my favorite sites, do a search on Astral Projection. This will bring up many different sites to choose from.

I just bought a book called "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce. Supposedly this is like THE book to own if you want to learn to astral project (or do it better if you already do it). His explanation of dimensional reality is pretty cool. I'm diggin it. We'll see if it sticks though. His basic explanation is like this: When we dream, we are creating a non-physical reflection of ourselves within ourselves And when we lucid dream, we're just consciously controlling that. When we astral project, we're creating a non-physical reflection of ourselves on different "wavelengths" of existence. Anyway, check out the book if you're serious about learning this. It was less than 20 bucks at Barnes and Noble.
