Hmmm so would I be an empath if I often feel what my husband feels. For instance many times if he has been drinking I feel like I have a hangover the next day (even if I don't consciously know he was drinking). And quite often if he get hurt somewhere I have a similar pain in the same area he got hurt.
On a side note: I also often find myself saying or thinking the exact same thing as others (not just my husband).
As far as your question....I'm not too sure what you are asking. Well maybe I am, I have a bit of a reading issue where the words play tricks on me. If I understand you correctly then you are asking whether or not it would be easy for an empath to feel and sense what others share about their dreams.
If this is an accurate understanding then I think it would be easy for an empath to feel and in fact sense what others experience. Not just in dreaming but with anything. Family members often tell me of their dreams and it's almost like it was my dream. I can share their feelings and thoughts within their dream recall. It's kinda scary for me, because I'm often left with the feeling of not knowing what is real and what is my own experiences.
