phisical marks from dreams

So I have had two weird dreams back to back, the first dream i can remember perfect, but the second is very blury at best. and when i woke up i had "injuries" from what happened in the dreams.
Let me start by saying i have always had full controle of my dreams, the second i know its a dream I can alter it and do as i please and have no problem remembering it.
I have been having 3 types of dreams lately one were I can controle it noproblem.
the other type of dream i have seems to come true, a few years back I had a dream that i was on a pay phone in a small town in the jungle calling home, a few months later i was offered a trip to costa rica with my school, we all called home when we got there to let our parent know we were safe, then i realised it was the same phone from my dream, crazy.
the last type of dream just started happening. The past couple days i have been waking up with marks or a red spot depending on the injury.
So the first dream went like this, when the dream started i was fighting my way up hill, I swong my sword and hit the person infront of me an he went down, i then looked over my right shoulder and seen a few men fighting in a couple feet back, i looked over the left and it was the same a few men fighting. I then looked up an saw a large man on top of the hill, i yelled and charged forward (it was it this point i noticed it was a dream and thought cool let hack some guys down, like i said im realy good at controling my dreams) our swords clashed i lost my footing and fell to the ground from the force of his blow. I looked up as he walked over and stood above me he pulled his sword back and stabbed me in the right shoulder, i yelled out and then somebody ran over an tackled him, I stood up grabing my sword turned around and cut the large mans throught while the guy who saved me was holding him.

When i woke up i had a red mark in the same spot i was stabbed in the dream.

the next day i had the other dream, it was realy blury and i never noticed it was a dream. all I reamber was walking with a group of men dressed in armour alongside a river, then the next thing i rember from the dream happened quick it was a flash of smoke and swords i dodged a blade the barly grased my arm,when i woke up there was a fine scratch going down my arm were i was grased by the sword. it looks like a scrath from a rose bush or somthing. I dont have finger nails becouse i have always chewed them, i dont let pets in my room and i sleep with my door locked.

I would love to hear what you guys think, its kinda creeping me out.

My mother who is struggling with breast cancer had a bad dream .Upon waking she had cuts everywhere ( my mom is very frail can barely walk and can barely open a can.)She found all her cancer meds opened and torn up like someone took shears at them. I had to ask her a few times because I thought she was still asleep and no this is what she woke up tosee the only ones in the house where my brother and my dad .She also had to wash blood off of her hands,She checked to make sure she didnt kill my dad in her sleep because her cuts where thin not enough to bleed.Noone was hurt and the doors where still locked as they had been.She called me freaked out .I told her to have my brother go through the house putting salt on all the door and window frames.She has not had a dream cross over to realty since then.

WakingNomad..You are insane.
I believe it is possible that if a dream seems real enough, in rare cases that physical damage may occur(scratches, makrs, but nothing serious), but I wouldn't think it would happen to everyone, or even be very common when it happens.

It is crazy I was just sharing what my family told me about .What really sucks is Do you have any idea how freaking expensive cancer meds are .Really they are not cheap and my family is not rich.I do think it would scare the crap out of me and I would want to know the dream is crazy not the person.

maybe she blacked out from all the meds they gave her, and did all that stuff herself.

I once dreamed that I ate a giant marshmallow ... and when I woke up, my pillow was gone!

Seriously guys. There are likely many ways for "marks" to appear after a dream that do not defy reality or common sense. The most likely explanation is that the mark appears first -- for whatever medical reason -- and it appears in your dream because your sleeping body is feeling its presence and includes it in your dream (or even designs a dream around it).

And no offense Pixiedreamer, but I've known several cancer sufferers, and they did some amazing things that they never remembered, thanks to the meds they must take. Your mother probably ripped up those bottles all by herself -- or does a dream crossing over to reality seem more likely than a moment of powerful adrenaline rush brought on by unbearable pain or fear?
