would this astral projection technique work?

im wondering what everyone thinks of this video on how to astral prohect.
it seemed to me that it would work but the only thing is he says to clench your eyes and to follow the dot with your eyes, witch would mean you are moveing your eyes. wouldnt this stop it from working? i thought you had to stay completely still.
and he also says to do movements with your arms to raise energy, but this is at the start so it wouldnt matter.
so what do you think of it?

Doesn't work by simply doing what he does.
You need good experience with meditation and visualisation. When you're good enough at those two things, you dont need to be perfectly still, you will know how to enter the astral world by then.

so once you get good at vizualisation and meditation it would be a good technique?
and by doing it everyday you would get better at it and visualisation and meditation.
would it be worth trying everyday?

Definitely, meditation and good visualisation is beneficial for far more than visiting the 'astral plane'.
It will take time and dicipline, as to getting good at anything.
