Ridiculous Lucid Nap

Hey guys, I know I haven't been active in quite some time, but I just had a crazy dream and I need some intelligent and experienced dreamers to give me some theories/explanations.

So, before the nap, I was talking to a girl. This girl was one of my earliest crushes 6 years ago, and I finally made out with her last night. Now, this was a very passionate experience, much higher in intensity than any other make out session I've ever had with another girl. I felt like there was an actual spark, and some may debate this is love, and I might even, but there's more.

About 30 minutes ago (I'm writing this within 5 minutes of waking up) she texted me that she wanted to take a nap because she was tired. I said alright, and decided to do the same since I could always use a lucid adventure. Now, usually when things in my life are very stable, I have little control of my lucid dreams. I feel as if my sub conscious has too much to process, and cannot handle working with my conscious self to control dreams.

Now for the dream. I fell asleep, and I was at home. Things were incredibly vivid, and I knew I was dreaming. I started texting some friends, and within a minute of being asleep, my friend Richard came to my house and picked me up. I'm very prone to falling asleep in moving vehicles, so I fell asleep. When I awoke, I felt as if I was in a drunken drugged state. I couldn't move very well, and I couldn't speak anymore than just a whisper. He parked his car outside of a building and said "Haha, I forgot you didn't drive here." and then stepped out of the car. I unbuckled my seat belt, felt that I was going to fall asleep, re-buckled it, and then unbuckled it again before leaving the car. I stumbled towards a brick building, with a door right next to a garage. As I walked through the door, I was in a kitchen. All of the cabinets were on the left, and they were very modern, with a dark red trimming the black doors of the cabinets. The table was also thick and black, with a beautiful wooden floor. As I look to my left, I see that there is a gym a few stories under this kitchen, which is now apparently a loft-esque sort of kitchen. I walk towards this table and one of my best friends from 6 years ago starts talking to me. I ask him how his ex-girlfriend is to the best of my ability, but the words don't come out. I can feel my face drooping and smiling, as I bend over to breathe. I see that there's an open door behind him, with a gentle blue sky and a tree to the left of the door. I walk towards the way I entered. A woman who isn't there talks to me and asks me what's wrong, and I cannot say more than a whisper, no matter how hard I try. I get a text message from the girl I was texting before I fell asleep, and all it says is: "70 mg C....." (I have no idea what the C word she said was) and I am suddenly having a vision of a dimly lit room. In the dimly lit room, there is a lone old plywood shelf. The shelf is extremely dusty and full of cobwebs, and on the shelf, is a perfectly new white bottle of medicine. I wake up. Literally, the next second, my phone rings. I tell the girl I had a crazy dream, and she tells me she had a dream about her medicine.

I am a believer of the astral planes and the oneironautics of sharing/invading dreams, and I believe I've had some of these dreams before, but nothing to this caliber. What do you guys think? I'd love to hear any interpretations, and I'm more than happy to provide any clarifying answers.
