Keep going!
I'll add some of my own to the collection.
1. In a dream of walking in a forest, I heard a scary loud sound, as if somebody was snoring. The dream started to lose clarity, and I attempted to twirl in order to stabilize it. That didn't work, but after waking up I saw that the person beside me was making that snoring sound.
(these ones are a little different, they include wrong representation of the stuff in the dream)
2. Walking along the corridor in a dream I felt a pang of terror, and trying to find its source turned around: there was a black shadow tailing me. It didn't look like it was my shadow. I started running and the shadow chased after me. Suddenly it started transforming into a loud scary sound. Out of fear I decided to wake up, but the sound kept following me, until I realized that it was a sound of a car passing by.
3. I was dreaming about my apartment and felt a pang of terror. Following its source, I turned and saw a small gnome with batwings. It looked at me meanly and clucked its jaws. I felt so horrified that I decided to wake up promptly. After waking up I saw that an unfamiliar flower pot stood in the same place the gnome was.
(Why is it categorized as perceiving real signal? There was no flower pot before that, it was brought into the room after I fell asleep. I'm pretty sure that it was a distorted flower pot in the dream, probably my eyes opened in sleep. It was dark, so they saw a gnome.)
I don't know what it is with real signal and being scared, but it often happened like that. In general I'm a little on the nightmare side.
EDIT. Forgot sleep paralysis. It's less interesting.
Once in SP I heard knocking on the wall, as if neighbors were knocking. Out of SP they were still knocking.
