I feel like I'm ready to do something like this and would love to try it. I'm not really sure how to go about this usually I just do the ( whatever I want) will be behind me when I turn around method. But any insight would be awesome Please and thank you!
How you can meet them:
A. Simply shout out loud that you would like to talk to your subconscious that has a form of a body or even a voice that you can feel surging around the environment in your dreams. There's two ways of doing this:
1. You create the body/floating voice in the environment through sheer will.
2. You give your subconscious the chance to create a vessel/body/voice in the air to communicate you with. You set the conviction your subconscious will mold into someone you prefer, and you gradually let those thoughts of yours develop. Think of the molding as a work in progress that you continue to change according to your preferences. How you can do that is literally limitless:
1. Find an online picture of someone you would like to communicate with so that when you want to create your dream guide/body for your subconscious to communicate to you with, you have something to work with.
This way if you decide to let your subconscious work around that, it will form around it based on its own preference (which is really your preferences of course, but in a deeper sense that you probably never acknowledged (i.e. unconscious thoughts).
If you want to make a medium for your subconscious through your own efforts, you would do the same as if you were your subconscious doing it for you.
2. You can just state general things like (Blonde Hair....dark skin/light skin, petite, lean, ripped, things like that), and just work around that while in the dream state without using a waking life visualization prior to creating them
B. Ask Dream Characters to help you find your subconscious (assuming you want to talk to it through a body, etc.If you see a dream character and are lucid, you can ask them if they can direct to you to your subconscious. But if you're doing it this way, you might say you're trying to find your dream guide. People have different beliefs on dream guides.
In the most practical sense, they're an aspect of your mind, and generally are just as aware as you are when you're lucid, and most likely won't say something random like, "Pancakes 64+2 = trig(cos/undefined)" or something like that. C. Find doors/portals/some kind of medium that transfers you to somewhere else. This one requires open-mindedness. What you do here is that if you find a door in a lucid, before you open it, set the conviction right at that moment and tell yourself, "I am going to meet my subconscious" -/dream guide/etc.
Don't put too much thought into it, believe in it, and as you open the door, expect to see them.
If you end up not finding anyone, keep using doors, or making them appear and use them to try it over a few times. If you see a dream character, ask them if they could be a link to your subconscious ( they really are, but for presuming you want to find a guide, ask them questions to see their responses).
If they end up being random, chances are they're just a DC. If they can state something to you coherently, they just might be your guide.
This endeavor is a bit on an iffy, because their responses might be a direct reflection of what you want them to say.
D. Believe that it doesn't matter who it is that is your guide. You simply have the belief that whoever you find at the time that you don't mind being your guide, since they're all aspects of your mind, you continue placing your beliefs that they are your guide. You let your subconscious do the rest, and presto.
I guess you could say this is a combination of some of the general ways I've stated. Being passive in the creation, but full force with sublimating the belief that they are a link to your subconscious, a dream guide, etc. ---
There's so many things you can do, these are just a few. Hope this helps.
EDIT: And of course, you don't have to be lucid doing this, you could set Mantras to perform some of these actions non-lucidly, or just daydream and visualize about doing some of them.
Double Edit: Added a D
Triple Edit: And these methods aren't absolute law or anything like that. There's a lot of ways on how you can take this on. Treat these as supplements or stepping stones in your goal.
