I like to meditate in silence myself...but i imagine you could use them whenever it works best for you... |

So I've been trying to raise my self-awareness and visualization skills through meditation and I was just wondering, do I use binaural beats for the self-awareness part of the visualization part or both? Something that I haven't been sure about for a while. |

Thanks for the reply, Chimp. I'll try meditating in silence as it's how meditation was originally intended to be practiced. Thanks a lot ^.^ |

I use binaural beats (Hemi Sync) mostly when meditating as it helps me focus. |

Binaural beats are pretty cool. I meditate to different tracks from time to time. Personally I enjoy mixing it up. There is a guided kundalini meditation video on youtube that is nice to meditate with as well. |

Agreed! There are so many ways you can meditate. They are all worth something. Experiment and be open to switching up the way you do things. Sometimes silence, sometimes listening to the clock. The activities or lack of activity you set your mind to should also be flexible. |
