There is a sense....

There is a sense that I can make it in almost any point of my body, some places are easiers like legs (I can only keep it for 2 seconds) and some places are harder like head and need more concentrate (I can keep it mush more). I don't know how describe it but i think everybody have this sense.

2 years ago i was playing with this sense on third eye place for hours. That night i was trying to sleep and eventually heared a voice that called my name, I scared. After some minutes my eye forced to close hardly, then some lights appear. after few seconds i feeled fully charged!!! I didn't feel this energy before, my eyesight is poor but when that happen i got very nice eye sight and i didn't feel any hate but it lasts 2 hours. I wasn't tired anymore.

Can somebody explain what is this sense?

To help yourself, you need to learn about your energy points. Call them what you want - chakras? They are power points, and you have them all over your body. Your strongest OBE energies are going to be found near your head. Thats the crown, or halo. Just below that is your third eye. They explore thriving, emotion, sensation, awareness. The lower you go down the torso, the stronger these turn into "survival" energies - those are the energies for reproduction, independence, career, just plain survival.

When you heard the voices and saw the lights, you were aware that you were connected to another source of energy (I say "another" because YOU are also a source of energy, and you need to be aware of THAT so that someone doesn't pull energy from you that you don't want them to have. Just as easily as you saw those lights/heard that voice, someone else on your wave length could see your energy and focus in on it, and drain you if you're not protecting yourself astrally).

So, This means that I drain someone's energy? These energy sources or only humans or ...? Where can i learn these things?

Why would you want to learn to drain someone's energy? It can make people severely physically and mentally ill, and messing with other people like that will probably end you up as a worm in your next life, lol.

I'm also curious, how did you start start using this 'sense.' There is a book about it, Energy Work by Robert Bruce, if you are interested in how you can use it.

I don't, I just want to know how use this "sense".

The book I recommended above is a good place for you to start I think. Do you feel that you drain people when you are around them without knowing it? Does their mood change when they are around you?

I'm isolate always, but people don't seem to have interest in talk or be friend with me. However i never tried to drain any body's energy, Is it possible to drain somebody's energy without knowing?

It's possible. Have you ever been around a person and felt tired just being around them? They are draining you of your energy, probably without knowing it because most people don't know about subtle energies.

No this never happend or i didn't noticed. About what i describe in first post, Did you understand what did i mean? It is my energie?

As blackbird said, there are energy points in our body and focusing on each one can create different feelings and experiences. The higher points, like the third eye, are closed in most people. When they are activated, like what I think you did with your third eye, you can develop psychic abilities. How did you begin to use the sense? Also, try bringing this 'sense' from your feet, up to your head, then down to your feet again. You should probably feel an energy rush the more you do it.

Most people who drain energy from others do it without even knowing it, because they don't want to hurt anyone, and as soon as they become aware they are doing it, they strive to stop. Goldust is right, when your around someone who is doing this, you cant stand being around them, you feel tired, head-achy, moody, irritable, maybe even physically ill. You start making up excuses why you need to go because you just want to get away from them. These people drain automatically because they have an emotional need "to be filled." They are like a dehydrated plant that comes to life within just a few minutes when its feed water.

If you want to avoid hurting someone when you're meditating, reaching out to simply "connect" to be recharged, all it takes is the clear intent to not harm anyone who might be also on your wavelength. Earth has plenty of power points for us to connect to, so much that a person doesn't need to draw energy from another person or animal - and it never runs dry, it recycles the energy that we give to it and gives it to others. Every living thing has energy to exchange, and that includes rocks and dirt. If you ever see a rock that is moist or dripping water, its alive, still growing. Great places to recharge are any natural resource. A river or lake, an ocean, a cave, a forest, a garden, even a desert (as long as wind causes sand dune to move, its alive) - but just as these places are different resources, their energy is different. One may attract you more than another because one will be more on your wavelength than another. You will find that certain areas of your house have power points - places that you notice you feel better when you're there, ever heard the old saying "heart of the home"? A home can have many hearts. Power points on earth are called leylines (laylines, people spell it differently), if you ever want to google that. Try dowsing with a diving rod to find power points.

Doing it in down of my body is much easier especially legs and upperbody is hard, I find this sense when i was kid but don't have any idea what is it, what can i do with it and even how describe it to someone.
It feel difirently and more when you do it while you are so relaxed, in this case i can do it on all of my body in same time

After that night i tried again (not as hard as first time), my eye got closed hardly again, light comes and make the black screen on my eye purple and then nothing, they gone and left me like they just come to make the black image purple (i mean the image that you see when you close your eyes). and it was 2 years ago and i forgot some things... .

I like to explore this sense more and just started reading the book that 'Goldust' recommend. So this means we can even get energy from a tree?

Try communicating this request first, but yes. You also visualize yourself as being a tree. Roots of your spiritual being going down into the earth, into the power center, becoming part of it. Not only will you sense energy coming from that source, but you will feel the entire exchange of energy, because you will be part of it. Feels like your hooked up to a blood transfusion machine.

Only time i know when someone is draining my energy is when i feel negative energy from them. I actually know before i get drained. In real life i mean.

omdidh, I would not worry about the idea of draining energy or anyone draining your energy. Those thoughts are perhaps of use in some rare situations. I want to jus give you a straight forward easy answer.

People have more senses thatn the normal 5 we think of. 1 of those senses that people are often unaware of is an awarness of energy running through your body. It has been noted in almost every culture. The most common terms for it are Ki (Japan) Chi (China) and Prana (India) while we Americans tend to just call it energy.

While it is not noticed by most people it is just a natural thing like hearing or seeing. By focussing you can cause an area of your body to be aware of the energy flow, and you can even influance the amount of energy that flows. You have discovered one of the basic exercises which is to focus your mind at a point between and above your eyes. This can cause a twitching or fluttery feeling, or maybe heat. Many people will see colors or shapes when doing this.

Try these two exercises. 1) Hold your arm as if you are supporting a ball in the palm of your hand. Picture that the ball is growing heavier and heavier, eventually you may actually feel pressure in your palm. Then imagine that the ball is actually being made by you, kind of like a glowing magical force. If you get the feel for it, at the very least your fingers may tingle or you will actually feel as it you are holding a ball. 2) To do this one you should know what it feels like to play with magnets. You know how one side of a magnet pushes the two magnets away from each other? That is the feeling you will be looking for. Picture warm water is dripping down your arms like in a shower and pooling in your palms. Then hold your palms inches away from each other and picture all the water forming a ball between your two palms. Gently move your palms around a tiny bit. You should be able to feel something a little bit like the magnets feel.

I tried exercise one, I felt the energy ball but it seems so weak but i felt heat and it was good :)
I tried to make energy on my hand when i visual but as i said upper body is hard!

I felt bad, Depressed. I woke up tired with feeling bad.
After 30 minutes, I decide to go to my bed again, think about nothing and relax. Playing with "the sense"...
after about 40 minutes, Suddenly my head go on vibrate. i thought maybe this is because of tension but i couldn't stop it.
after few moments i used "the sense" all over my body then in a moment all of my bad feeling gone and i felt energy on my heart aura, my energy is back :D
It was like an energy explosion...
