      Thumbs up wierd experience when i get into bed and close my eyes

      when i get into bed and close my eyes and concentrate i get this really wierd feeling whats hard to explain its like i turn really small and everything around me gets really big. It's not a dream or anything like that and it only happens now and again

      anyone know what this might be?

      That is called vertigo. It's a normal experience even though it's not noticed by everyone as they go to sleep, it can be medically explained (release of pressure in the blood vessels near the brain when transitioning from "stress-fullness" into a state of "rest"). Just the fact that you're aware of this process means you're a bit more sensitive to changes in light, sound, smell, taste, touch, and awareness - your reaction and response to changes might even be quicker than others.
